Ready to build something with your own two hands?
In this hands-on Carpentry Camp, students will step into the world of woodworking and learn the fundamentals of the trade alongside Mr. Clayton Cole. Campers will explore the tools carpenters use every day, including both hand tools and power tools, while learning how to use them safely and effectively.
Students will also discover different species of wood, why lumber is milled to specific measurements, and how thoughtful design plays an important role in building strong, functional projects.
Throughout the week, campers will gain real experience measuring, designing, and building as they work toward completing their own woodworking project to take home at the end of camp.
Whether students are interested in future career paths, enjoy building things, or simply want practical skills they can use around the house, this camp provides a fun and valuable introduction to the world of carpentry.
Come ready to learn, build, and create something you’re proud of!
What to Bring: Snack and a water bottle.
