Summer Health & Fitness Camp (Intermediate Strength and Conditioning)
This camp is designed to teach youth the fundamentals of strength and conditioning as it pertains to their goals/sport. We will use games, drills, exercise and class time to teach the athletes to see and feel proper technique. We will introduce the fitness pillars of Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type, as well as athletic nutrition and regeneration. It is our goal that your students gain the confidence and knowledge to workout on their own, and/or to augment their sport, as well as have a great time!
Dates: June 19, June 20, June 21, June 22 & June 23 (Mon- Fri.)
Time: 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm
Ages: 6th- 12th grade
