By registering for the Grace CDC Summer Camp, you are enrolling for the FULL SUMMER BREAK and consenting to the tuition rates, terms, conditions & policies stated below.
Summer Camp Tuition & Schedules
There will be no camp on Monday, May 27 or Thursday, July 4.
GCS Students Enrolled 2024-25 School Year
Mon, May 20 – Wed, August 14 (13 Weeks)
Registration Fee: $90
Weekly Tuition: $185 weekly payments starting May 13, ending August 5
Daily Tuition: $65 (special circumstances, pending availability)
Year-Round School Students
Mon, June 3 – Fri, July 12 (6 Weeks)
Registration Fee: $225
Weekly Tuition: $225 weekly payments starting May 27, ending July 1
Daily Tuition: $85 (special circumstances, pending availability)
Traditional School Calendar Students
Tues, May 28 – Fri, August 16 (12 Weeks)
Registration Fee: $225
Weekly Tuition: $225 weekly payments starting May 20, ending August 5
Daily Tuition: $85 (special circumstances, pending availability)

About Our Summer Camp
Grace offers a full-day Summer Camp at our Main Campus through our Child Development Center (CDC). The CDC Summer Camp is an uplifting day camp program that provides a physically and spiritually safe environment where campers can learn, play, and grow. Campers have unique experiences that they will remember for the rest of their lives!
CDC Summer Camp is available for rising Kindergartners and up, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., per the above summer break schedules. Camp tuition includes the cost of all field trips, activities, a prepared hot breakfast and lunch, and an afternoon snack. (Bagged lunches are provided for field trips.)
Campers must be registered and enrolled. Do not drop off your child without first registering for enrollment and confirming your spot.

Payment & Fee Policies
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
All campers must register and pay a non-refundable registration fee.
Returned or Late Payments
Camp tuition and other fees are billed via FACTS. Tuition is billed one week in advance, beginning the week before camp starts. Returned payments will be assessed a $65 late fee in addition to any returned payment fees charged by FACTS. Late payments will result in the interruption of camp enrollment.
Campers who registered as GCS Students must be enrolled in GCS for the 2024-25 school year. If these campers do not attend GCS in the Fall, they will be charged the difference for registration and tuition fees via FACTS.
Late Pickup Policy & Fees
Pick up after 6:30 p.m. will incur late charges as follows:
- 6:31 – 6:45 p.m.: $35
- After 6:45 p.m.: $35 plus $1 for every minute after 6:45 p.m.
Withdrawal Policy
A two (2) week notice is required if you choose to withdraw your child from the program. If no notice is given, you will be responsible for two (2) weeks of tuition.
Don't have a FACTS Account?
If you do not have a FACTS account yet, you must create one in order to complete your camp registration. Create a FACTS account online and then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. Our camp coordinator will contact you to complete your enrollment.
