
Summer Health & Fitness Camp (Beginner Strength and Conditioning)
This camp is designed to teach youth the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun yet memorable way. We will use games, drills, exercise and class time to teach the kids to see and feel proper technique. We will also introduce the basics of eating well and proper rest and regeneration so they can continue to do what they love without injury! It is our goal that your students gain the confidence and knowledge to workout on their own, and/or to augment their sport, as well as have a great time!
Dates: June 19, June 20, June 21, June 22 & June 23 (Mon- Fri.)
Time: 9:00am- noon
Ages: 2nd- 5th grade
